Handy bottle that you can fill with alcohol for the cleaning of the skin before applying the glitter tattoo.
The bottle works through a kind of pump system, while holding a cotton pad on the top and through pressure on the top the cotton pad will be sprinkled with alcohol on the bottom. If you store the bottle, you can put it in a secure position so that it can not be pressed by accident.
Advice is if you do not use the dipencer for a long time to pour the alcohol back in the original packaging. This bottle will be rather dry then in closed original packaging. The bottle is operated with one hand and very easy to use.
